Week 3 RSS Reflection

1.What did you learn?
I learned how to subsribe to and follow a blog, using an RSS

2.How will you use what you have learned?
I found several blogs on using picture books to teach reading, etc. I will subscribe to these, instead of just clicking on my favorites each time to see what has been going on. I also plan to monitor my classroom blog this way.

3.How did you feel about this tool?
I never knew it existed. I am continually amazed at the technology out there.

4.What do you not want to forget about this tool?
I am not really sure how to answer this.

5.How can this be used in the classroom or in your educational role?
This tool can be used to monitor my blog. I will also use it to stay in the loop with other educators.

6.Should you use this in the classroom or your educational role?
Absolutely. I can get continual updates, and my students and parents can get continual updates. I just wish we had more computers. I would have my students check the blog every morning for updates.

7.What questions do you still have about this tool?
